What does my child need to wear?

Participants will Swim, Bike, and Run (in that order). To save on time during the race, it is recommended that athletes wear their swim gear during the bike and run portions. Athletes must have on a shirt when participating in the bike and run portion of the race. Athletes may wear swim shoes or tennis shoes for the race, but we recommend using baby powder in the shoes rather than trying to put socks on after swimming. Please arrive in swim gear as this will be the first portion of the race! You can leave all clothing items/towels on your child’s bike in the bike transition area.

What items do I need to bring on race day?

Please remember to bring your child’s bike, helmet, any flotation devices needed for the swim portion, a towel, goggles if needed, shoes, clothing to put over wet bathing suit, dry clothes for after the race
